Customs Container Terminal

 Private container customs terminal, at 3,Tabidze str, is located in 500 meters distance from Poti Sea Port. Its total area is 15,7 thousand sq. meters. Terminal is used for storing import, export and transit cargoes (in containers) which are under customs control.
  At container customs terminal except truck road railway link is extended, which is used for bringing/taking containers (by wagons) and cargo at/from terminal.
   Container customs terminal makes the following operations by using own equipments and workers:
    - Unloading or loading of loaded and empty containers, all types of containers from transport

       means (trucks, wagons);
    - Discharging of cargo from containers and loading on transport means, or vice versa;
    - Lashing of cargo on transport means or lashing in container or unlashing;
    - Cargo packing, sorting, weighing operations

    Cargoes to be stored at container customs terminal (in containers) are insured by Insurance company Aldagi.
Container customs terminal is secured by private company “Centurion LTD”. At the same time terminal is controlled by security by video system and constant working 16 video cameras.
