2.
STORAGE AND DEMURRAGE |
|
For Door Delivery shipment five days for storage are included in
THC. That is in the event the containers would be detained at the
terminal because of circumstances beyond the control of the
shipping line or its agent i.e. lack of original B/Ls, other
documents, request to hold by shipper, etc.. For these cases,
demurrage and storage will be charged for every day over seven in
addition to Free out tariffs in acc with following: |

●storage per day for all type of cntr excepting REF and HREF,
from 6th up to day of release: |

●
Any container stored under customs bond in excess of 90 days will
attract a one time payment. This is customs allow 90 days only for
free of customs charges. Thereafter the container must be
transferred to Long Term Storage facilities with the same depot
and long term permission obtained. |
